California Community Colleges Launch Statewide Nectir AI Pilot
This month, we celebrated a major milestone: Nectir AI was selected as the backbone of a historic pilot with the California Community Colleges—the largest higher education system in the United States. As our CEO shared in the official announcement,
“By partnering with Nectir, California Community Colleges are demonstrating a bold commitment to leveraging AI to advance student success at unprecedented scale.”
The pilot brings Nectir AI course assistants to over 118 colleges and millions of learners, delivering real-time, personalized support. The early impact is clear:
- 73.5% of students report improved mastery of material.
- Significant gains in engagement and GPA.
- Faculty save countless hours by automating routine Q&A, freeing up time for deeper teaching.

Evolving the Prompt Library: Smarter, Faster AI Assistant Creation
October also marked the release of major updates to Nectir’s Prompt Library, our suite of ready-to-use templates that empower educators to design smarter, more personalized AI course assistants in seconds.

We also got to see the Stanford University Graduate School of Business team showcase how they’re using Nectir AI to reimagine collaborative learning in their IdeaLab. The presentation highlighted real results and new possibilities for AI-powered education at the graduate level.

Building an AI-Ready Classroom with Partner Instructors
We closed out October by inviting academic leaders, instructional designers, and AI-curious educators to our monthly webinar on AI-readiness and adoption in education.
This session reviewed real-world AI applications in STEM and a first-hand look at how Professor Luís Guerrero from Palomar College implemented Nectir AI, among other AI tools, in his math courses to improve student learning and retention.
